At Pat’s Games, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
